1. Download the Final Fantasy XIV Key Generator by clicking HERE. This works for the 9/23/2010 release.
2. Select 'Regular Download' after you click the above link and a survey will appear. This serves two functions:
- It will verify that you are a human and not a bot.
- It keeps our file server up.
(If you don't feel comfortable opening any downloaded files, go to www.virustotal.com and upload the KeyGen to be scanned. This will ensure you aren't downloading anything harmful. Your file will be cleared by over 40 virus scans that are updated daily.)
3. Fill out one of the surveys, then after your download starts, click save to desktop.
4.Once you have downloaded and saved the file to your desktop, you will need to unzip the zip file. Extract to your desktop and run the program!

This hardware won't be required to run the game, but it looks like Square Enix wants you to upgrade your system ASAP! On the bright side, at least we will be able to see a game finally take advantage of having a beast system.
